Returns Policy

Please contact Ambulate via email at info@ambulate.com.au regarding your faulty product before the product is mailed back to us. You will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) which you need in order to return the product. Upon confirmation from the Ambulate team and within 7 days of receipt of the goods, please enclose your receipt, the unopened, unused product and send it via registered post as we cannot be held accountable if the product doesn’t reach us.

We do not give refunds. Return items will be credited to your online account for future sales.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that is received without prior authorisation from us, or does not arrive within the acceptable return period. In the event that we receive an unauthorised returned item, return shipping and handling costs will be passed on to the customer.

Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
A credit note with voucher code will be emailed to you.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
Please note that there are strictly no returns or exchanges on sale items.

CREDIT NOTES

Online store credits are strictly valid for 12 months from date of issue and can be used to purchase products online only.

Please include your full name, shipping address and contact number. Notify us by e-mail once you have sent the item and provide us with the registered or express post tracking number.
